What's covered
Memory and storage sold by Seifeldenare covered against manufacturing defects under the manufacturer’s warranty. Many memory modules carry a limited lifetime warranty, and SSDs and hard drives are typically covered for the manufacturer’s stated term (often 3–5 years, or a rated endurance limit, whichever comes first). The exact term for an item is shown on its product page or its manufacturer’s documentation.
How to make a claim
- Email support@seifelden.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
- We’ll help confirm it’s a hardware fault (a quick diagnostic often rules out a seating or configuration issue).
- If it’s a genuine defect, we arrange a replacement or refund in line with the applicable warranty.
Keep your proof of purchase — your order history is all we need.
What's not covered
- Physical or accidental damage (drops, liquid, bent pins, static, forced installation).
- Normal wear beyond a drive’s rated endurance, or use outside manufacturer specifications.
- Modification, or damage from a faulty power supply or other component.
