Processing time
In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery options & times
- Standard: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited: typically 2 business days after dispatch, where available at checkout.
- Express: next business day after dispatch to eligible addresses.
Delivery estimates are for guidance and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Remote areas may take longer. Exact options and pricing are shown at checkout for your address.
Tracking your order
Every shipment includes tracking. You can follow it from the link in your dispatch email or from your orders at any time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions are shown in your cart before you pay.
Lost or damaged in transit
Memory and storage are static-sensitive, so we pack them protectively. If a package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 daysof the expected delivery date and we’ll replace it or refund it. Photos of the packaging help us sort it faster.
