- Is the scanner safe to run?
- Yes. The optional Windows helper runs as a normal user, needs no admin rights and no account, and only reads your hardware model and memory/storage configuration — never serial numbers, license keys or anything that identifies you.
- How hard is it to install RAM or an SSD?
- Most upgrades take about ten minutes with a single screwdriver. Our guides and the free Upgrade Assistant walk you through it, and support can help if you get stuck.
- How fast will my order arrive?
