30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the part should be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the item to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
Doesn't fit? That one's on us
If you bought a part we matched to your exact model and it doesn’t fit or isn’t recognised, our compatibility guarantee applies: we cover return shipping and there’s no restocking fee. Choose a free exchange for the correct part or a full refund of the item.
How to start a return
- Email support@seifelden.com with your order number and what you’d like to do (refund or exchange).
- We’ll reply with a return authorisation and a prepaid label where one applies.
- Pack the item securely (anti-static bag if you still have it) and send it back.
- Once it’s received and checked, we process your refund or ship the replacement.
What can't be returned
- Items physically damaged after delivery (bent pins, static damage, cracked PCBs).
- Downloadable software and activated licence keys, once revealed or redeemed.
- Items returned without a return authorisation or outside the 30-day window.
A part that arrived faulty is always covered — that’s a warranty claim, not a change-of-mind return. See Warranty.
