Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced or unavailable — and if we do, we’ll refund any payment for the affected items.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. We take care to price accurately, but if an obvious error occurs we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel. Payment is taken through our payment provider using the method you select.

Our compatibility matching is designed to show parts that fit your exact make and model, and matched purchases are backed by our compatibility guarantee. For that guarantee to apply, buy through your model’s page and install the part correctly. Generic catalog purchases not matched to a model are covered by standard returns only.

Your rights to return items and claim on defects are set out in our Returns & Refunds and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms. Nothing here removes statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Use the site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or misuse our tools or content. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service or other users.

Software we feature links to official or authorised sources; your use of it is subject to that vendor’s own licence and terms. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seifeldenis not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. This does not limit liability that can’t be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
