Returns & Replacements

 We offer 100% warranty, REFUND or REPLACEMENT, and you have 30 DAYS MONEYBACK GUARANTEE. You also have replacement warranty on most of the other products from 30 days to 3 years, and limited LIFETIME WARRANTY on some products. Other products have different type of warranty that you can find on each item's description page. Our REFUND and REPLACEMENT processes are so simple.
We will privide you with an RMA# which is required to return your item. please check the returns procedure below on how to send the item back for refund or replacement 

Returns Procedure:

  1. Contact us about the return by phone at 303-416-5577 or email us at sales@seifelden.com
  2. Describe the reason for the return, and let us know if you want a refund or replacement. We also have the option to send you the replacement for the broken parts only
  3. Please, keep all items, including all working parts or broken parts.
  4. We will get back to you with the return instructions and the RMA# within 1-3 business days.
  5. Please pack all items carefully including all working parts or broken parts and drop off them at the shipping carrier
  6. After receiving your return and inspected it, We will send you the replacement or process the refund within 1-5 business days.

Return Window:

  • All returns are accepted within 30 days after the delivery of your purchase.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless there was a mistake from our store.
  • The buyers have 5 business days to drop off the package at the shipping carrier to be returned to us; including all the working parts or broken parts.

Refund Method:

  • We will issue the refund back to the original method of payment which is used to place the order.
  • The refund will processed within 1-5 business days

Responsibility for Return Shipping Cost:

  • The Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless there was a mistake from our store.
